By creating an account or using any feature of the Quivo platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Services

Quivo offers an online platform for:

Generation of personalized marketing strategies
Creation of marketing content such as images, text, audio, and video
Tools for campaign management and planning
Support and service via chat and email

The platform may be updated or modified at any time at Quivo's sole discretion.

3. Registration and User Account

To use the services, it is necessary to:

Be over 18 years old
Provide true, up-to-date, and complete information during registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for the use of your account.

4. Subscription Plan and Payment

Quivo offers paid plans with different features. Prices and conditions are available directly on the platform.

Payment is made on a recurring basis, according to the chosen plan.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of the account.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform, features, texts, brand, layout, and technology are the exclusive property of Quivo.

You retain the rights to the content you generate, but Quivo may store and process it for operational purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Not use the platform for illegal purposes or that violate Brazilian laws
Not attempt to invade, copy, disassemble, or harm the operation of the platform
Not use the platform to publish discriminatory, offensive, or violent content

7. Privacy

Personal and company data provided are treated according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Cancellation and Account Deletion

You can cancel your account at any time by accessing the "Delete my account" option.

Quivo may also suspend or terminate your account in cases of violation of the Terms of Service or due to legal requirements.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be free of errors, interruptions, or will meet all the specific expectations of each user.

10. Limitation of Liability

Quivo is not responsible for:

Indirect, incidental losses or loss of profits
Results obtained based on strategies or content generated by the platform

The use of the platform is the responsibility of the user.

11. Modifications to the Terms

Quivo may change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect after publication on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the court of the user's place of residence.
